O my when I tell you Ursula worked extremely hard to help my Family get our brand new home she went Far and beyond and she stayed on top of every thing I have heard horror stories about new home constructions But she sent us in the right direction and we had a awesome builder. It was so painless all we had to do was listen to her And she led us in the right direction it was almost unbelievable how smooth everything went After we listened Because she definitely knows the market. We were trying to do a resales in the market for about a month that was the only part that was stressful But when we went back to what she originally told us about from the beginning all the stress was out the window .
